About Yanna

Founder & Principal Practitioner

For many years, I was fascinated by a simple question: why do some people recover and regain their wellbeing, while others remain stuck in cycles of pain, stress, fatigue, or recurring symptoms?

My path into this work began through my own experiences with pain, recovery, and a desire to better understand how the body can heal itself and how to feel safe within the body.

That question sparked a deep curiosity about the relationship between the body, emotions, nervous system, and overall health. Over time, I became increasingly interested in approaches that look beyond isolated symptoms and consider the person as a whole — recognising the influence of stress, lifestyle, emotions, movement, structure, and life experiences on health.

Today, my aim is to help clients better understand their bodies, reconnect with a sense of balance, clarity, and resilience, and feel more at ease within themselves.

Many of the clients I work with have tried a variety of approaches and are looking for a more holistic understanding of what may be contributing to their symptoms and challenges. They may be experiencing chronic tension, stress, overwhelm, fatigue, injury recovery, postural imbalances, or other ongoing health concerns that have not responded fully to conventional approaches alone.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I seek to understand the broader picture and explore how physical, emotional, neurological, and lifestyle factors may be contributing to their experience.

I see each client as a partner in the process, combining hands-on therapeutic work, education, and practical strategies to support lasting change and greater wellbeing.

That session felt incredibly powerful. I had an emotional release that night, and the following morning I noticed a deep sense of clarity, mentally and physically. I genuinely don’t believe I would feel this clear without the session we had. Thank you so much, Yanna.

Rohan M Happy Client

After that session, I truly felt something shift. I experienced an emotional release that night, and by the next morning I felt clearer both mentally and in my body. Honestly, I don’t think I would have reached this level of clarity without that session. Thank you so much, Yanna.

Brook N Happy Client

I came in with ongoing ankle discomfort that wasn’t fully settling. After the session, my ankle felt more supported and at ease, and I also noticed a sense of calm through my whole body. The changes felt subtle but real, and I walked away feeling more confident in my movement.

About Stability Clinic

Helping the Body, Brain and Nervous System Heal and Restore

Stability Clinic offers a holistic approach to health through Integrative and Complementary Medicine — blending kinesiology, mind-body science and structural therapy. Our aim is to help the body restore its natural balance and capacity to heal.

While our services support the body’s natural healing processes, they do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment and should be used alongside appropriate healthcare where needed.

Nervous System & Emotional Regulation

Supporting clients experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, overwhelm, panic, burnout and chronic fatigue. Many emotional or “thinking-based” symptoms begin in the nervous system. We help the body shift out of fight-or-flight using breath, vagus nerve work, structural balancing and gentle mind–body techniques — restoring calm, clarity, emotional resilience and a sense of internal safety.

Common conditions we support:

Hormonal, Digestive & Functional Symptoms

Supporting functional imbalances that are influenced by stress, posture, fascia and emotional load.
When the body is in survival mode, hormones, digestion and sleep often struggle. We use gentle structural, visceral and energetic techniques to support balance — always complementing medical care, not replacing it.

Common conditions we support:

Structural Pain, Posture & Movement

For clients experiencing musculoskeletal or fascia-related discomfort.
Pain often reflects how the whole body is breathing, stabilising and moving. Instead of chasing symptoms, we address the diaphragm, hips, fascia lines, cranial rhythms and functional patterns that contribute to structural discomfort.

Common conditions we support:

Emotional Patterns, Behaviour & Mind–Body Habits

Helping clients shift long-standing emotional or behavioural loops that keep the body in stress.
The body holds patterns: perfectionism, people-pleasing, over-responsibility, avoidance, emotional shutdown. Using kinesiology, mind-body medicine and emotional release work, we support deeper shifts that talk therapy alone may not reach.

Common conditions we support:

Sessions are gentle, grounded and trauma-informed, creating a space where the body can soften, breathe, and reorganise at its own pace.

The intention is not only symptom relief, but a deeper sense of safety, clarity and connection — both within the body and in daily life.

Yanna is based in Melbourne, offering in-person sessions, with online support also available for Mind-Body Medicine, Kinesiology and Emotional Release Therapy.

Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that choosing a new practitioner or therapy approach can raise questions. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common things people want to know about our sessions, methods and what to expect.

Kinesiology is a gentle, non-invasive way of working with the body using muscle testing to identify stress, imbalance or compensation patterns. It helps guide what your body needs to restore function and calm.

Photobiomodulation (PBM), also known as Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), uses specific wavelengths of light to support cellular function, tissue repair, recovery and nervous system regulation. PBM may be provided as a stand-alone service or integrated into other sessions where appropriate.

No. This is a complementary health practice. We don’t diagnose medical conditions or replace medical treatment, but we can work alongside your GP or other practitioners as part of an integrative approach.
