Yanna works with the body’s deeper communication systems – including the nervous system, posture, emotional patterns, and structural relationships – through a calm, safe, integrative, and client-centred approach grounded in clinical training and genuine human connection.

Drawing on experience across education, facilitation, mind–body practice, and integrative therapeutic work, she supports people in restoring nervous system regulation, structural balance, and a greater sense of wellbeing.

Yanna holds Diplomas in Kinesiology and Mind–Body Medicine from the College of Complementary Medicine (CCM), supported by extensive clinical training, hands-on therapeutic practice, and ongoing professional development. Her advanced clinical training spans Functional Neurology, Integrative Manual Therapy, trauma-informed approaches, and body-centred therapeutic modalities.

Yanna also incorporates Photobiomodulation (PBM) / Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) into her broader integrative approach where appropriate. Her studies have focused on the clinical application of light-based therapies to support cellular function, tissue repair, nervous system regulation, and recovery.

She has also undertaken advanced professional training with internationally recognised kinesiologist and educator Marco Rado through the Istituto Internazionale di Kinesiologia and K-Physis Academy. His integrative approach to structural kinesiology and nervous system regulation has significantly influenced her clinical perspective and hands-on work.

Prior to founding Stability Clinic, Yanna worked across education, facilitation, and relationship-focused roles at The University of Melbourne, where she taught and facilitated learning across diverse student and professional environments. She also holds a Master of Enterprise (UoM/Melbourne Business School), bringing a unique blend of health, education, and business perspectives to her work.

Her work today integrates structural, emotional, neurological, photobiomodulation (PBM), and mind–body approaches to support people experiencing stress-related patterns, tension, overwhelm, fatigue, postural imbalance, injury recovery, and nervous system dysregulation.

By working with the body’s communication systems — including the nervous system, posture, movement, emotional patterns and cellular recovery processes — she aims to help clients restore balance, improve function and build greater resilience.
