Our Services

Restore Function. Realign the Body. Regulate the Nervous System.

Every Session Begins with Understanding You

Every person is different, and every session begins with understanding your individual needs. The services below may be used individually or integrated, depending on your assessment findings and clinical reasoning.

We take a holistic approach to movement, stress, and wellbeing. As a holistic health clinic in Melbourne, we use the principles of kinesiology, mind-body medicine, and integrative structural manual therapy to help release physical tension, restore emotional harmony, support nervous system regulation, and enhance the body’s natural resilience. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing pain, or seeking more energy, calm, improved nervous system balance, or brain function support, each session is tailored to help you move, think, and feel better — inside and out.

Mind-Body Medicine & Nervous System Regulation

Mind-Body Medicine explores the relationship between physical symptoms, emotions, beliefs, lifestyle factors and nervous system function. Using TCM-based constitutional assessment, pulse and tongue diagnostics, Organ Theory and other mind-body assessment tools, it helps uncover patterns that may be contributing to recurring health concerns, emotional challenges or difficulty moving forward.

How Can It Help?

  • Stress & overwhelm
  • Anxiety & panic attacks
  • Burnout & fatigue
  • Sleep difficulties
  • Emotional overwhelm
  • IBS and stress-related digestive symptoms
  • Trauma-related stress responses
  • Life transitions & emotional challenges

What This Session Focuses On

Mind-Body Medicine explores how physical symptoms, emotions, beliefs, lifestyle factors and nervous system function may influence one another. Using TCM-based constitutional assessment, pulse and tongue diagnostics, Organ Theory and other mind-body assessment tools, the aim is to identify underlying patterns that may be contributing to recurring health concerns, emotional challenges or difficulty moving forward.

How a Session Works

Sessions may include a combination of discussion, observation, constitutional assessment, pulse and tongue diagnostics, mind-body medicine tools and lifestyle exploration. Together, these help build a broader picture of the factors influencing health, wellbeing and nervous system regulation.

The focus is not simply on symptoms, but on understanding the patterns that may be contributing to them.

Why It Helps

By gaining insight into underlying patterns, clients can develop a deeper understanding of their health challenges and the factors influencing recovery, resilience and overall wellbeing. This process can help guide personalised strategies and support more meaningful, sustainable change.

Structural & Craniosacral Therapy

Hands-on bodywork focused on posture, movement, breathing, structural balance and nervous system regulation. Working with the body’s fascia, cranial system, diaphragm, jaw (TMJ), and other areas of tension or restriction to support ease of movement and overall body function.

Depending on individual needs, a range of approaches may be used, including postural and movement assessment, primitive reflexes assessment and integration, vestibular and balance work, vagus nerve regulation, myofascial release therapy, diaphragm balance, trigger point therapy, joint mobilisation, Bowen therapy, and other structural & craniosacral therapy approaches.

How Can It Help?

  • Posture and movement patterns
  • Neck and shoulder tension
  • Back, hip and pelvic tension
  • TMJ and jaw discomfort
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Chronic muscle and fascial tension
  • Restricted breathing patterns
  • Plantar fasciitis and foot pain
  • Recovery from minor musculoskeletal injuries

What This Session Focuses On

Structural & Craniosacral Therapy focuses on how posture, movement, breathing patterns and structural tension influence overall body function and nervous system regulation. Areas such as the fascia, cranial system, diaphragm, jaw (TMJ) and other key structural relationships are assessed to identify restrictions that may be contributing to pain, compensation patterns, reduced mobility, balance concerns or ongoing tension.

The aim is to support greater ease of movement, improved body awareness and more efficient communication between the body’s structural and neurological systems.

How a Session Works

Sessions involve gentle hands-on assessment and treatment of the body’s structural relationships. Techniques may include craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, diaphragm work, TMJ balancing and other manual approaches designed to reduce restriction and improve function.

Where appropriate, sessions may also incorporate functional neurology exercises, primary movement patterns and primitive reflex integration techniques to support movement, coordination, balance and nervous system regulation.

The focus is not simply on the area of discomfort, but on understanding how posture, breathing, movement and nervous system function influence one another and contribute to overall wellbeing.

Why It Helps

When posture, breathing, movement and nervous system function are working together more efficiently, the body is often better able to adapt to physical and emotional stress.

By reducing structural tension and improving alignment, clients may experience improved posture, greater ease of movement, more efficient breathing and a greater sense of openness throughout the body. Many people report feeling less restricted, more balanced and more connected in the way they move and function.

Supporting healthy structural relationships can also improve circulation, reduce compensation patterns and enhance the body’s natural sense of flow, helping the body move from tension and restriction towards greater stability, adaptability and overall wellbeing.

Kinesiology & Integrative Balancing

Kinesiology is a gentle, non-invasive approach that works with the body’s nervous system, muscles, meridians and energy pathways. It uses muscle testing to identify where the body is under stress — physically, emotionally or energetically — and helps guide what the body needs to restore function, balance and wellbeing.

How Can It Help?

  • Fatigue and low energy
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Digestive discomfort
  • Hormonal imbalances
  • Brain fog and concentration difficulties
  • Emotional overwhelm
  • Muscle tension and physical discomfort
  • Chronic pain patterns
  • Feeling out of balance
  • Overall health and wellbeing support

What This Session Focuses On

People often seek kinesiology for concerns such as fatigue, stress, anxiety, digestive discomfort, hormonal imbalance, immune stress, chronic pain, brain fog, ADHD-like symptoms, emotional overwhelm or simply feeling out of balance.

Kinesiology uses gentle muscle monitoring to assess how well the brain, muscles and body systems are communicating. When a muscle unlocks, it may indicate stress within the structural, emotional, biochemical or energetic systems of the body. This may include factors such as dehydration, nutrient deficiency, structural compensation, emotional stress or other underlying imbalances affecting function.

You remain fully clothed throughout the session, and there is no need to relive trauma or analyse your past in detail. Instead, the body guides the process by identifying what it considers the highest priority for correction and support.

How a Session Works

Corrections commonly involve acupressure points, muscle activation, hydration support and other kinesiology-based balancing techniques designed to support nervous system function and overall wellbeing.

Depending on individual needs, additional kinesiology tools may also be incorporated, including sound and colour balancing, meridian tuning forks, emotional stress release methods, nutritional and neurotransmitter support tools, flower essences, crystals and other specialised kinesiology techniques.

Where appropriate, Photobiomodulation (PBM) may also be integrated to support cellular recovery, tissue repair and nervous system regulation.

Why It Helps

The aim of kinesiology is to help the body re-establish clear communication between the brain, muscles and organs — allowing the nervous system to settle, energy to flow more freely and overall function to improve.

Kinesiology does not diagnose medical conditions or replace medical care, but it can work alongside other health professionals to support the body’s natural ability to heal, regulate and adapt.

Photobiomodulation (PBM) Therapy

Photobiomodulation (PBM), also known as Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), is a non-invasive light therapy often described as bio-regulation with light. It uses specific wavelengths of light to support cellular function, ATP production, tissue repair, recovery, nervous system regulation and overall resilience.

PBM Therapy can be provided as a stand-alone service or integrated alongside other services offered at Stability Clinic, including Kinesiology, Structural & Craniosacral Therapy and Mind-Body Medicine.

How Can It Help?

  • Plantar fasciitis & heel pain
  • Injury recovery & tissue healing
  • Pain management
  • Inflammation support
  • Sports recovery & performance
  • Post-viral recovery & fatigue support
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Brain function & concussion support
  • Cellular energy production & resilience

At Stability Clinic, PBM is not approached as a one-size-fits-all treatment. Different wavelengths and treatment approaches may be selected depending on the tissue involved, the treatment goals, and the priorities identified during assessment.

In some cases, treatment may focus on muscles, tendons, joints or areas of injury. In others, PBM may be integrated with kinesiology assessment, meridian-based approaches, structural balancing, or nervous system regulation techniques as part of a broader whole-body approach to recovery and function.

How Does a Session Work?

Each session begins with an assessment of your current presentation, symptoms and treatment goals. Where appropriate, kinesiology-based muscle monitoring may also be used to help identify priorities and guide treatment decisions.

Specific wavelengths of light are then applied to targeted areas of the body using Photobiomodulation (PBM) technology. Treatment may be provided as a stand-alone service or integrated with other approaches offered at Stability Clinic.

The aim is to support cellular recovery, tissue repair, nervous system regulation and overall function based on your individual needs.

Why It Helps

Often described as bio-regulation with light, Photobiomodulation (PBM) supports the body’s natural healing and recovery processes at a cellular level.

By supporting mitochondrial function and ATP (cellular energy) production, PBM may assist tissue repair, recovery, nervous system regulation and overall resilience. This can be particularly valuable where the body is under increased stress, recovering from injury, managing inflammation or requiring additional support for healing and restoration of function.

The goal is not to force change, but to provide the cells with the support they need to recover, repair and function more efficiently.

Emotional Release Therapy

Emotional Release Therapy is a gentle way of helping the body release unresolved (trapped) emotions and emotional stress that may be contributing to physical, emotional or nervous system imbalances. Techniques such as Emotion Code®, Emotional Stress Release (ESR), Emotional Motor System (EMS), Focusing may be used to support emotional wellbeing, resilience and nervous system regulation.

How Can It Help?

  • Anxiety & stress
  • Emotional overwhelm
  • Mood changes
  • Sleep difficulties
  • Feeling emotionally stuck
  • Difficulty coping with life changes
  • Physical tension linked to stress
  • Nervous system dysregulation
  • Support for humans & animals

Using muscle testing, we check in with the body (or animal) to see which emotions are ready to be released. The clearing process is done using intention and meridian pathways — no magnets or force are used. You remain fully clothed, and there is no need to re-live past events or go into deep conversation. The process is respectful, quiet and body-led.

In some sessions, we may also work with the Heart-Wall — a protective emotional barrier the body creates around the heart during times of stress or hurt. Releasing it can help people who feel emotionally guarded, disconnected or unable to fully give or receive love.

Emotion Code® sessions are shorter, usually 20–30 minutes, and depending on the person, some may feel a shift after one session, while others benefit from a small series (often between 3–10) as the body releases layer by layer.

This technique can be used with adults, children and animals. In online sessions or with animals, muscle testing can be done via a surrogate or practitioner self-testing, with permission.

Emotion Code® does not diagnose or replace medical, psychological or veterinary care. Instead, it gently complements other treatments by helping the body and mind feel lighter, calmer and more regulated.

The goal is to help release what the body no longer needs to hold — so you (or your animal) can feel more balanced, connected and at ease.

Our Sessions

What to Expect

Every session is guided by your body and nervous system — not by force, talking or reliving the past. Here’s how a typical session flows:

01.

Consultation & Intake

A relaxed conversation about your goals, symptoms, lifestyle and health history. You remain fully clothed, and you only share what feels comfortable — no pressure, no long storytelling needed.

02.

Assessment — The Body as the Guide

Using gentle tools such as muscle testing, pulse reading, postural observation or cranial/diaphragm assessment, we identify where the body is holding stress, tension or imbalance — whether physical, emotional or neurological.

03.

Gentle Correction & Balancing

Your body indicates what it needs. Depending on the session type, corrections may include structural or cranial balancing, fascia or diaphragm release, acupressure points, nervous system support or emotional release techniques.

04.

Integration & Aftercare

We allow time for the body and nervous system to settle into the new state of balance. You may receive simple aftercare suggestions — hydration, breathing exercises, rest, gentle movement or nutritional support — to help the changes integrate.
